General Terms & Conditions
* Admission is strictly by invitation only.
* Sale or transfer of invitation to others is strictly forbidden.
* Sharing of this invitation and the sales website's content on the internet, personal and public social media platform is prohibited.
* All items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
* Original packaging may be replaced. No box will be provided.
* No posting of products and/or details of the sale on any social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Xiao Hong Shu, WeChat, Weibo, Tiktok etc.
* Any violation of the above regulations may result in an automatic cancellation of your order and permanent suspension of any current and future sales privilege.
* Any claims regarding purchases are handled by OnTheList.
* CELINE stores will not be able to assist with any claims.
* OnTheList reserves the right to make final decisions in case of disputes.

Payment & Quota
* All purchases must comply with the Purchase Quota table as specified in the invitation.
* Payment by Visa & Mastercard.
* Payment in SGD only.

Product & Pricing
* Final prices are determined at checkout.
* All sold merchandise will be marked and/or tags will be removed.
* Exchanges, returns, refunds and alterations on items purchased will NOT be accepted.
* Purchases are for personal use only - purchase on behalf of others are strictly forbidden to the exception of genuine gifting.
* All products will be sold in "as-is" condition and may have marks and/or scratches. Items should have no functional defects.
* Reselling of product(s) purchased from the sale with or without profit/commission to other parties, either personally or via a second-hand store/online community marketplace, is strictly prohibited.

Delivery
* All purchase will be delivered in 14 to 21 working days after the order is placed and payment is settled.
* Free delivery for orders above SGD $100. A standard delivery fee of SGD $5 applies to orders under SGD $100.
* Each order is limited to one single delivery per invite.
